We visited in July 2024 as a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teens. booked through TUI from the UK. Hotel is beautiful and well manicured! There are a few cats around which are friendly little birdies flying in the trees. POOLS - Pools are lovely and clean (grass and sand everywhere but they managed to keep the pool lovely) 1 x water slide very fun to go down. Some areas in shade to keep out of the sun. Loungers wasn't an issue, we only got down to the pool around 9:30am and still managed to get 4 loungers together. if you want loungers at the front of the pool be up by 7am. Hotel leads right onto the beach with plenty of free loungers there too. Pool towels provided in rooms on arrival. Music needed around the pool!! When the activities were on and music was playing it was really upbeat and showed how much it's needed generally. Gorgeous sun rises on the beach if you fancy getting up early enough. STAFF - All staff were very friendly and helpful. 1 waitress (i think her name was Valia, remembered i like a glass of milk at tea time and had it ready every evening). Pool side bar staff have good sense of humor and very chatty. I didn't feel they favored German customers over us at all as other reviews suggest. I think we was the only English customers there although most could speak a little English so this was never a problem. ROOMS - We had 2 rooms, 1 aircon wasn't working properly so we was put in a different room for a night while it was fixed. No issues though. Nice rooms, pool view was lovely. Road view not so good. Beds were comfy and pillows were fluffy. ONLY down side was the shower, now I'm a UK size 14/16 and my partner is tall and an XL - when i say we couldn't fit in the shower - i mean we literally couldn't fit! You couldn't turn, bend or even close the doors, i burnt myself multiple times on the taps as it was that squashy, i ended up showering in the teens room (shower over bath) which wasn't ideal as it was down the corridor. Safe box was free to use and drinks in room provided. Housekeeping came every morning and made bed etc. FOOD - Now i'm not picky at all and i loved all the food, plenty of choice, fresh food, some themed nights. But my partner would disagree, he wasn't keen (but then he never is on all inclusive holidays). Outdoor BBQ during the day was lovely. Didn't try the AL La Carte so can't comment on that. Ice creams available all day. Crepes available pool side 10:30 -6pm. Staff very quick to empty tables, collect dirty plates etc. If out early the kitchen will make you some food to take with you. We arrived very late and they offered to make us some food which was nice but we wasn't hungry. Coffee could be better but wasn't the worst I'd had. ENTERTAINMENT - We only stayed at the hotel a few nights for the entertainment but it was okay, there was some singers, dancers etc. Lots of seating. Day time activities was good, water polo. darts, volleyball, aqua gym, yoga. Very inclusive and friendly staff. AREA - Faliraki town not far away - 8/10 euro in a taxi - lots of bars, restaurants, shops, clubs, pubs. Rhodes town - 25 euro in taxi - lovely day out! Old Town is beautiful to wander around, again lots of bars, restaurants, shops. Lindos - a bit further away but gorgeous town - taxi not worth it. Bus is only 4.5 euro each and stops right outside the hotel. (we hired scooters and rode down). THINGS TO DO - Water sports right outside the hotel on the beach - great friendly staff (we did parasailing). Water-park down the road. Boat trips - millions advertised (we used water hoppers and did scuba diving). Lots more near by but we didn't have time ( seven springs, butterfly park, Anthony Quinn bay) We never go to the same place twice but i would definitely go back here
