Myself and 3 friends stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during October 2024. The first point I would say is that it is definitely not a 4 star hotel - I would say a 2.5 or 3 star maybe. Rooms - Really good size room, quite dated and in need of a update. Balcony was small but decent enough to sit out. Pool - Nice pool, always found sunbeds although this was quiet season. Food - We did find things to eat, but it was very limited and repetitive. If we had stayed any longer than 3 days we definitely would have been eating elsewhere. Drinks - AI drinks were like squash, really poor quality and watered down. Staff - We encountered one lovely member of staff - Heidi on reception - but unfortunately all other staff were very rude and very blatantly didn't like English guests. A few times we asked for help at reception to be told no/can't help/not possible without even checking room numbers or asking anymore info. Entertainment - Absolutely awful, bordering on non existent. You would occasionally see some entertainment staff around but they did nothing. On the one occasion we saw a game going on they actively EXCLUDED anyone English. Really bizarre and not a great vibe. Local area - Easy walk to the beach and town. Very low key night life. Overall, for all the negatives I would stay again as it was cheap and I would know what to expect. I would never bring family/kids here as the atmosphere wasn't great or welcoming at all, but as a group of ladies wanting a few days break it was fine and we put up with it.

The hotel is a bit dated. The room I had was very spacious and the bathroom too. It was clean and had a lovely fresh smell throughout the hotel. The bed was average I didn't find it too uncomfortable. There seemed to be only one socket in the room . This would probably not be ideal if sharing a room. I had a sea view which was lovely, worth the extra money. The pool area and garden is nice. I feel it would be over crowded in the summer time. Very close to the beach and amenities. Women's toilets beside the restaurant, the lock on the door didn't work and neither did the hand dryer. Staff were friendly

Was dubious after reading reviews, in fact I even tried to change booking to a different hotel but after the hotel I requested was unavailable we thought we would risk our original booking. So happy I did not change, we had a fantastic stay!! All staff were very friendly & gave great service. The hotel was SPOTLESS! From the public areas to the bedrooms, you constantly saw cleaners & everywhere smelt nice & fresh also. We were allocated room 0352 & had a stunning pool & sea view from our balcony (economy rooms don’t have balconies so make sure you know what room you are booking when you book!). Rooms are a bit outdated decor wise but that in no way affected our stay. They were cleaned well every day & replenished with fresh towels. Room has a mini fridge & a TV worth a couple of English channels. Only 2 spare plug sockets so would take an extension lead! Public areas lovely & modern & again spotless. Pool bar open 10.30am-7.30pm, inside bar open from 7.30pm. Restaurant has generous sitting times for all 3 meals. Wide variety of drinks available at the bar with alcohol free lager on tap which my partner was happy about. Coffee & water machines dotted around where you can help yourself. Pool was lovely with plenty of space for sun loungers around the pool area & in the gardens. Breakfast & lunch were lovely, dinner my partner struggled a couple of times (doesn’t like fish) but he always found something to eat. Salads were lovely! Wide selection of desserts also. Restaurant has draft lager & alcohol free lager plus wine available for all inclusive guests. Plus there was self serve water, juice & coffee machines. Never any queuing for tables or food but that may be because it was October so a quieter time of year. No entertainment during our Mon-Fri stay but we saw it advertised for the Friday & Saturday evenings. Location was great, 10 minute walk to La Carihuela area / beach in 1 direction & 15 minute walk to Torremolinos town in the other direction. 24 hour petrol station a 2 minute walk if you need essentials. A great stay, we were very happy. I honestly can’t understand the negative reviews!
