The hotel is located in a natural paradise, right in front of the beach, a privileged position in the Riviera Maya. Playa del Carmen is just 15 minutes away and Cancun International Airport is about 35 minutes by car. The public transport links are within walking distance and easily accessible from the hotel. Kaci is fun girl very nice from the animation team the restaurant by the beach is awesome for breakfast and lunch the bartenders are great and all in all the activities were super fun and I really enjoyed my stay here as well with my friends and family!!

The resort was very nice, buildings had a few repairs to be done, but nothing major. The grounds and pools were wonderful, the food was great! something different every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they made our stay. Especially Juan Carlos who cleaned our room, he went beyond what was necessary to make my granddaughter feel happy. He left cute towel animals on our bed, and she loved them! Thank you Juan Carlos for cleaning room 8220. We had a wonderful time

The rooms were beautifully appointed, featuring modern decor, luxurious bedding, and all the amenities you could need. I particularly loved the balcony with panoramic views it was the perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee. I had a pleasure staying at BlueBay Grand Esmeralda.

No filter review 4 adults with 2 kids from YYZ paid 4000 for each family total 8k - This resort is not even 3 stars, its marked as 5 star - Room: it looks like a horror room, broken mirror, broken locker, musty and stinky smell all over the room. - Beach: you cannot swim in the beach it's dirty. No water activities included. -Food: everyday you get the same food in the buffet. They advertise they have multiple restaurants on thier package but you cannot book any of thier restaurants on the app. When I complained to concierge they said they only keep 2 restaurants open because of the 50% capacity in the resort. It's not our fault we have paid you full price. -Entertainment is very poor they do not even have a 7 day plan in advance written somewhere where we can see list of night entertainment in advance. The theater is outdated. Some of thier staff members go to each guest and ask for good reviews I mentioned first you should improve your service. Good reviews will automatically flow to you. I cannot list a single pro for this resort. Pls beware do not go by any reviews. Those are fake reviews or they have not been to good resort before. They have staff all over the resort to upsell you for thie4 circle one membership. I told them if you can't keep your existing guest happy you won't get good response foe buying your membership. We have been to iberostar, Grand sunset princess. This was our worst 7 days. We checked in midnight at 11pm, Very first day when we got this horror room we went to concierge to complain about the room, No luck they just ask you to fill a complaint form and say they will forward it to management. We went to sunwing to see if we can change the resort with additional fee they said with politics going on Sunwing won't refund you single penny. If you would have booked with westjet they would have changed.
