Wonderful experience and great staff! This was my second time visiting this location and look forward to going again!

Entire property is very well maintained. Rooms are oversized and nicely appointed. The food is very good with ample choices...steak house, Ilalian, French and a more casual option as well. Servers are attentive. We liiked the "no reservations needed" policy for dinner but note there is a dress code in most of the restaurants for dinner. The resort staff is welcoming and friendly and the service is excellent. Beach is spotless, water is clear. Only caveat is that this is a calm beach so if you are looking for a beach with decent waves, this is not the place. Most nights, there is entertainment that usually ends around 10P. This is a quiet, calm, relaxing Adults only resort. This is our second time staying at Beloved and can highly recommend it.

This was our third visit to the Beloved! We enjoy the swim-up suite room - it allows you to enjoy time at the pool in your own personal space. The food is exceptional in all locations. We love topping off each night with an ice cream treat at Caffeto! Everyone is so kind, helpful, and dedicated to creating a wonderful experience for you! Special gratitude to: *Mex who always greets us at check-in and makes us feel so welcome. *Alex and Pascoli at the bar - always creating amazing cocktails. *Oscar took care of us each day poolside...such a kind person! *Regina guided us through the Hydrotherapy Treatment twice - such a ray of sunshine! The weather in March is amazing - our favorite time to visit Mexico. It is warm but not too hot or humid. We can't wait to return in March 2026!

This is difficult to post not because of a bad experience but the challenge on communicating how much my wife and I enjoy staying here. As much as I want to keep this place a secret I feel I need to tell the staff how great they are.

My wife and I just returned from a 10-night stay at Beloved. Here are our thoughts: 1. THE LOCATION: 9.5/10 -45 minutes north of Cancun on a larger campus with three other resorts. 2. THE BEACH: 9/10 -Gorgeous beach and well maintained. Slight vegetation in the water, which washes up daily. It's not bad, but it's still a problem. We went to Isla Murejes, Playa Norte Beach, which had perfect sand and beautiful water. Also, jet skis pass by, which can be pretty loud at times. We rented a cabana for four 4 days- definitely worth it! 3. THE RESORT: 9/10 -The staff keeps this place immaculately clean and works 24/7. The dining is first-class! However, the building and facilities themselves need some repairs. For example, the main pool/swim-up bar had tiles separating from the bottom, and you could see places around the resort where some work needed to be done. 4. THE SERVICE: 10/10 -They were amazing! 5. THE FOOD: 9/10—The food was excellent and unique. Room service was great, although it took about 45-60 minutes to get our food. The taco truck is a must! The smoothie bar is no longer there, which was a bummer since it would have been a great option. The coffee bar, Caffetto, is a nice option, yet the wait can be a bit long if you want a latte. 6. THE SPA: 9/10- My wife did two 75-minute massages, which she enjoyed. Hydrotherapy was a unique experience. The spa treatments were a bit spendy, even by US standards. 7. THE GYM/FITNESS CENTER: 9.5/10 -Impressive options. It got a bit crowded in the weight room mid-morning. Overall: 9.5/10 -It is worth the money and perfect for couples who want to relax, enjoy one another, and take life easily. I was concerned that it would be too long of a stay for such a small resort. It actually was a perfect amount of time for us. You'll need the app while you are there. It's an ingenious way to stay connected with activities, order off their menus, and find your way around. I was surprised by the strong wording of dress attire at the restaurants, which we adhered to, yet when we arrived, we found many guests not dressing accordingly. Also, the pool rules stated no floaties, but we saw a few people there with them without a problem. My wife was bummed since she wanted to bring some yet chose not to. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Go to Isla Muejes and go to Playa Norte beach! Some of the most beautiful water you'll ever swim in. Also, the golf cart situation is a nightmare. It works if you want to travel the island, but the town is so congested that you get one and you can't find a place to park it. Another recommendation is to take the ferry to the island. It's about $35 round trip and is pretty easy. It runs all day. We used Uber to get from the resort, and it worked well. Way cheaper than a taxi.
