Our five-day stay at this hotel turned out to be one of the worst holiday experiences of our lives. The property’s facilities and service standards are far below even the most basic guesthouse level. The disappointment began the moment we entered the room and only escalated throughout the stay. The rooms were shockingly outdated, poorly maintained, and severely lacking in hygiene. Bed linens and towels were worn out and smelled terrible. The shower, toilet, and faucets were rusty, making the bathroom practically unusable. Even the elevator had safety hazards, such as gaps in the glass, which is unacceptable in a functioning hotel. The restaurant and food services were an absolute disgrace. Breakfast offered stale pastries, dirty vegetables, and spoiled fruit—watermelons in particular were inedible. The so-called “buffet” was nothing more than a display of limited, low-quality items. When we asked for assistance from the waitstaff, the answers we received were shockingly rude: “That’s not my area, ask someone else,” or “If you wait for me, you’ll wait forever.” Staff spent more time chatting among themselves than serving guests. Dirty plates and glasses remained on tables for hours, and finding basic cutlery was nearly impossible unless you searched for it yourself. Lunch and dinner were no better. The variety was minimal, and the food quality was extremely poor. The “ultra all-inclusive” concept turned out to be a scam. When ordering whiskey, tequila, or gin, what we were served were cheap, flavored vodka imitations produced under the Kırbıyık brand. Even the beer was of shockingly low quality. Instead of an indulgent all-inclusive experience, guests are given substandard drinks that damage rather than enhance the experience. The gap between the promises made and the reality provided by this hotel could not be wider. Pool and beach services were equally unacceptable. Sunbeds were dirty, moldy, and wet. There was no cleaning or service in these areas at all. Plates and cups you brought with you stayed by your side all day long since no one collected them. The fact that this hotel carries “beach” in its name is nothing short of misleading advertising, because the services offered at the pool and seaside are worse than nonexistent. The staff’s behavior was another major issue. Many employees displayed inappropriate and disrespectful stares at guests. Service was given selectively, as if only certain people were worthy of attention. In the restaurant, there was no dress code enforced whatsoever: guests in wet swimsuits, barefoot, or even in bikinis were freely taking food. This is not only unhygienic but also extremely unprofessional. The hotel may have a license, but it is clear they have absolutely no understanding of what real hospitality means. After months of planning for what was supposed to be a pleasant vacation, all we wanted was to escape this hotel as quickly as possible. Counting down the hours until departure is not what a holiday should feel like. This establishment fails on every level—comfort, hygiene, safety, food, and service. The only thing this hotel has successfully delivered is the worst hospitality experience we have ever endured. Under no circumstances should anyone waste their time or money here.
