Watch out unwanted noise!

The sound insulation is horrible there. You can hear everything happening in the next room. The sound insulation is horrible. I got woke up yesterday by a couple next door (2028 an old Russian guy and a young girl) who had a loud sex at 1.30am !!! You can hear exactly what they were doing, what they talked, and how long they had shower. The sound insulation function is zero! And the hotel doesn't care!! The most disgusting holiday experience ever! food- they must have the cheapest budget on the world. You Won't call it good at all!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Beach club doganay very bad service. The tour guy who’s booked the excursions called melvut robbed our money!! He was going to charge us £550gbp for 4 excursions and was going to charge us £370gbp and then knocked it to £350gbp which is still over priced and then on top when we’ve gone to excursions we’ve paid extra and also most of them were cancelled and trying to charge us more this has made a big impact on my disabled partner’s condition this has caused him stress and not be able to relax. Money hungry people like they haven’t seen money before!!! . And also They have over charged us with the massage and told us we get a free massage everyday which we never did and didn’t make it clear at the start and we had paid 5000 thousand lires. Once we had the massage done then we had been notified we had to pay £40 euro’s again for massages per person, The lady gave us false information. Some of the staff in beach club was helpful but the tour guy and massage lady who work in the beach club but they are separate to them, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! You are better of finding deals on the streets which are a lot cheaper and don’t ROB YOU FOR YOUR MONEY. Most of them don’t like it when you use your bank card your better of using a bank card in turkey because they think you don’t know how much your spending and try double charging YOU. STAY AWAY FROM THE MASSAGE LADY AND THE TOUR GUIDE AT THIS HOTEL!!!!

Food was not all that as the food was more work less same everyday and no different variety. Massage in hotel was good and Yildiz manager gave us good rate. The girls who did massage was very good and nice. We Customer service experience was poor.

The hotel is really nice with a nice beach on side but....everything is for Russian, unfortunately they don't have any manners,they grab a lot of food on the plates and then just live it. Fod was really nice and you could chose something for everyone but just if you are before Russian:Receptionist very rude is well. Rooms clean but need renovation.

First off all. Please who will read the message..do not buy any funny trip with this hotel. They, over charge you. Staff, don't speak englesh. All of you, bring your on Alcohol. From the airport. In town, you can find easy cigaretes, beer, wiskey etc: for good pricess. Do not take the taxy from the hotel. They charge you, for 5 km.10€. Outside the hotel, you could take easy buss. Verry chip. 10 min by buss to the closest city. 20 turkish lira per far. With the food, it wass verry good. Specially for vegetarian is super. About meat, not to much option. I loved the cream soup. Tomato and chicken soup,they are verry good. They need to improve about the menu. Specially for 5***** hotel. I will give them, 4****. I loved the cleanens. The staff, wass ok. In one word, polite. I will definetlly not come back to this country. It wass the first time. And, will be the last. This country, they don't deserve us, to spend our monney in. Everywere, they over charge you. Shame. Shame Turkey. If you already choose this hotel, is ok. Is not bad. But in the future, specially when you pay for 5***** you expecting to receive great hospitallity and great customer service. I hope, this people, they will do some changes. The other way, if not, the will lose their customers..next time, i will choose destination wisley.
