Good entertainment programs

Despite the hotel being old and bad smelling, the staff were making our holiday pleasant, especially Alina, Sabri, Nastya and Sila. They managed to organize good entertainment throughout the day beginning with yoga and darts with Alina, ending with an amazing show program with Sabri and Nastya. We had lots of fun thanks to them! The mini club is good organized as well with the instructor Sila, with new activities for kids every day and a mini disco in the evening that children enjoyed. The beach is nice and clean with nice terrace beach view.

Terrible experience

We are extremely dissatisfied with our stay at Doganay Hotel. From the very first day, we clearly informed the receptionist that my wife has a serious phobia of cats. We specifically asked about this issue, and the receptionist assured us that cats do not enter the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, this assurance turned out to be untrue. Despite repeatedly explaining our situation, no proper cooperation or solution was provided. At every meal, we had to ask the staff again and again to accommodate us in an area with fewer cats, and even then, we were often told by other staff members that we were not allowed to sit in those areas. While we understand that cats are common in this city, there is no excuse for cats roaming freely inside a hotel restaurant. This caused constant stress and made our stay very uncomfortable. We felt ignored throughout our stay and would not recommend this hotel, especially to guests with medical or psychological concerns.

THE MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE

So I visited this hotel with my 3 year old autistic son and they was horrible staff shouting at him for throwing chairs which then led to him becoming violent with us. This trip made me so sad as we came for my son and they gave us a very bad service with everything. The cleaners shout if the room is messy and do not care if there is kids with you ( if you give them money they be nice towards you which is really unfair) Also the food is horrible and so unhygienic I will post a picture. The worst experience I’ve ever had. My biggest advice to anyone with children is do not come to this hotel. I rarely leave reviews, but this place truly earned it. The staff were some of the most arrogant and unpleasant people I’ve ever encountered in hospitality. From check-in to check-out, I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying guest. Simple questions were met with eye-rolling, dismissive responses, and an attitude that made it clear they didn’t care whether guests were satisfied or not. Any issues were brushed off instead of addressed, and asking for help felt like I was asking for a personal favor rather than basic service. It’s astonishing how rude and condescending the staff were—completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a hot
