Very disappointed, nothing was premium, rooms were old and and very bad smell, complained about the bad smell few times and asked if i could change the room and only after few days they found us another room but way to far, food was ok but the service was very bad, no point ordering anything as the waiters bring you completely different thing, we had to call so many times the cleaners to fill up with soap and shampoo, would not recommend this place, Gulsah was very helpful and friendly but the management was bad

We booked a superior room there with a sea view and it was amazing. Indeed, everything was great, and we had a wonderful time there. There were at least three private beaches with wonderful indoor and outdoor pools. Services were fabulous and the GYM center located near the beach with a great view.

I have been visiting Turkey hotels mainly in Antalya for more than 10 years. So, I have pretty good information to rate the hotel. This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Turkey. Me and my wife are on 6th day of 8 day vacation at this hotel. From the first day we had very good impression about the hotel. Staff was very welcoming, accomodation was good, beach, pool area and amenities were great. But I thought we have not seen everything yet so maybe my opinion will change. It has only gone up from that time. I am amazed by how professional, helpfull and welcoming the staff is. For me it is one of the main factors. Every single person that we meet from hotel staff always smiles and shows willingness to help. That is one main factors what makes this hotel to stand out in my opinion. After arrival, they create whatsapp group where you can write anything that you need help with and they immediately adress. They also text the entertainment agenda, meal times and so on. Room is clean, it is average room. We stayed in standard one which is e bit far from the seaside but it never made any trouble for us. There are buggies always available. Food in the restaurant and near pool area was good. Service was also very good. Especially Mehmet with his rollerskates in the pool area always goes around asking if we want anything. Very cheerful and helpful person. We tried La Scala and Persepolis a la carte restaurants they were both great. Especially La Scala was a top notch italian restaurant. We had spa session with peeling and massage. Even though massage was not the best one I had but overall evironment was very relaxing. Overall we are very happy with our choice. The aura of the staff and the service added more satisfaction to our happy vacation.

Was here in August last year and also currently staying here again. It is beautiful property, seems why It was Jumeirah and Paramount before, however this year price went up 10% but as I have heard due to crisis, hotel has slightly economying on things lime food, last year it was better, beach facilities, restaurant service is not good. Restaurant level had beautiful tea and pastry corners which are now empty and even huge closed event space. This place has more potential. We also spent several days in lower tier La Blanche island which has better beach because it is next to Lujo and service was even better, however building and room condition was way much worse. Be premium needa to find strength and implement better updates and agenda to attract more guests.
