Excellent week away. It rained 4 days out of 7 but the Hotel and Staff were so on it. Could not fault a thing. Food excellent, didn't try the Specialist restaurants as didn't need to. The main restaurant is so very good, choice and quality the best. Great Beach restaurant as well. Drinks really good. Entertainment at night, the best we have seen on holiday. Rooms, public areas, gardens, beach, so clean. Side Old Town is a must, 35 mins easy stroll. And then the Staff - They are really the very best, Hemera group, you should be so proud of this Hotel. Would we go back ? Yes Yes Yes

I've just returned from my second visit to Barut Hemera. I discovered it, courtesy of a Jet2 Black Friday offer, in February 2024. I was *so* impressed with it, I simply had to go back. As a solo traveller, my safety is paramount - and, at Barut Hemera, I felt safe. I also felt valued, special, respected, spoilt and indulged. Every member of the Barut Hemera team is so welcoming and obliging. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with a big warm smile from the lovely gentlemen who helped me with my luggage; then to the reception staff, guest relations team, the bar staff, waiters, chefs, cleaners, maintenance staff, housekeepers, spa therapists... I also had a chance meeting with the manager who made time to chat and did his best to make my stay even more special. The site is wonderful. Mature trees in abundance, beautiful landscaping, and stunning sea views. The facilities are fabulous and very well maintained. The rooms are well thought out and comfortable. There's a pillow menu (!) to choose from, a complimentary mini bar that is replenished daily, Nespresso machine and kettle. The cosmetries in the bathroom are high quality and smell amazing. The robes are fluffy and cosy, and slippers are provided too. I was fortunate to find myself in a sea view room with a jacuzzi on my balcony. What a wonderful way to soothe away the work stresses and relax into my holiday. There's a great choice of food and drinks available, pretty much around the clock, so there's no need to stress about meal times. The quality of the food is superb, with the option to dine in one of the à la carte restaurants during your stay. One thing you need to treat yourself to is a hammam massage in the spa. Whilst the steam room, sauna and Turkish bath are free to use, you do have to pay for treatments but - on my! They're worth every penny. I can't praise this place enough. Even now, I'm thinking about booking again... a wonderful retreat.

Barut Hemera is a very fun hotel that you can always choose!!. I was very happy with my holiday, the live music and mini disco were great. My grandchildren had so much fun that the activities continue even on rainy days. I would especially like to thank the activity chef Okan, he looked after us every day and spent time with my grandchildren. All employees are very polite and helpful. I have been to this hotel many times and have been very satisfied every time. It is a hotel that I can recommend to everyone.

We have chosen Barut Hemera because of many positive comments and information on hotel’s www page. (-) Hotel was commented as very green. There are old trees, but grass was under the sand, what is clear for us, that is needed to keep it beautiful. (-) Our room in building 4xxx was very loud. Under the doors the light from the corridor was seen, so all the noises - people walking and talking were hearable. To be honest, I thought that in such high standard hotels this should not have place. (-) animations - I know it is winter time, but to be honest - there were no animations at all. Making coctails was such a poor expierence, that it was sad. Animators were drinking prepared alcohol drink, what in my opinion should not take place. For me unacceptable. (-) indoor pool - it is really really small (-) Restaurant - in some places it is stinky, like washed only with wet towel (+) food is really tasty, everybody should find something to eat (+) design of the hotel is really nice (+) staff is really nice (+) gifts as bottle for water and bag are nice (+) everywhere is warm (+) Akdeniz Restaurant - super! (+) location close to Side Old Town very good

Me and my boyfriend visited here for 2 days and it was amazing! The service was 10/10 . The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was so delicious. Our favourite part was the spa! We both had a couples deep tissue massage and it was the best massage I have ever had. The staff were very accommodating and made the experience so relaxing for us. I would most definitely go back and would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Antalya!
