I was with my Family for the 4 time and it is amazing. Super rooms, super staff, super Hotel, super Food. I am so happy, they do everything for your happiness. I will go there again and again. Our flight was at Midnight, so the Manager give us the rooms for free.

BEST hotel around!!! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave everything is 5*. Nothing is too much trouble. Every staff member is friendly and will do anything to help. The heated pool and indoor pool is fab. The beach is great and the beach bar/snack bar is fab. The food is great from the Buffet to the patisserie and the pool bar to the beach bar. 10/10 been ,5 times and can't wait to come again.

We spent 2 weeks at the Barut Hemera in April and had a great time. The facilities and the food were fantastic, the staff were kind and very friendly. A particular thanks to the staff of the children's club, they were wonderful and exceptionally kind to the kids.

Excellent in every way

We're nearing the end of a three week stay. This has been our third stay. This wonderful hotel is an example of how an all inclusive hotel should be run. It's a fantastic choice for a winter stay and despite not having the best weather we've still had the time of our lives and been spoilt to bits by the amazing staff. The hotel hairdresser is extremely good and reasonably priced. Leave your hairdryer and products at home and treat yourself. I have longish thick hair and an excellent wash and blow dry was 600TL. Similarly the beautician gives a wonderful pedicure and manicure for a similar price. We also bought clothes from the hotel shop which was very relaxing as the owner is not at all pushy and gives good advice on styles and size. The quality is very good. We loved both the a la carte restaurants and the wines served were delicious.The quality and freshness of the fish was excellent. Breakfast is amazing and not to be missed. Plentiful fruit and salads ,delicious sourdough bread, cheeses yogurts. dried fruit and nuts. Almost as good as a health farm. Eggs Benedict some days avocado's other days and many naughty things like pancakes to satisfy a sweet tooth. A special thank you to Halil in the adult section ( breakfast and lunch..day off Tuesday) . Cosgun in the garden room/ conservatory ( day off Wednesday). A special thank you also to Ercan and Safey in the a la carte. Immaculate flawless service. The only way to not be sad at leaving is to immediately book again. We will be back in February.

Amazing Team and Great facilities !

Where to begin... This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Having managed top-tier hotels around the world and in the UK, I struggled to find anything to improve on. In fact, I would employ the entire team to work with me if I could. Every team member we met including the Assistant general Manager Ahmet Sen went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. As Walt Disney famously said, "You can design and create, and build the most wonderful place in the world. But it takes people to make the dream a reality." The team at Barut Hemera contributed 95% to the amazing experience we had. We arrived at the hotel and were welcomed with warm smiles, swiftly checked in with a drink, and given a concise rundown of the amenities by a genuinely caring concierge. Our week-long stay was in a superior room with a sea view. The room was immaculate and well-furnished. Housekeeping was impeccable, and our housekeepers were delightful and helpful. The hotel's grounds are tranquil, exquisitely maintained, and kept immaculate by a team of cheerful groundskeepers. The outdoor pool area was excellent, with loungers always available and ample seating at the numerous poolside and beach bars. The indoor pool provided a cool retreat from the day and was often empty, giving us the feeling of having the pool, nearby sauna, and steam room to ourselves. The buffet restaurant offered a generous selection of delicious local and themed dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The service staff were attentive, polite, and professional. For a more casual meal, lunch could be enjoyed at the outdoor bars around the pool and beach areas, where the staff were also plentiful and highly professional. The temptation to indulge in the coffee shop/patisserie's array of sweets with an espresso after lunch was irresistible. For those seeking a more upscale dining experience, the excellent, intimate à la carte restaurants cater to a variety of palates. These are a special treat permitted once per seven-night stay, yet we managed to dine at several of these superb establishments. Thank you, Barut Hemera, for an unforgettable experience. We cannot wait to return soon!
