Read loads of excellent reviews for this hotel before booking, so had high hopes particularly regarding the food. Reality was a different story. Food mediocre at best, evening meals were dried up tasteless dishes under a hot lamp. Breakfast was slow service and perfect if you love 20 varieties of cakes and sweets. Not professing to be a food critic but how hard is a selection of fresh yoghurt and berries? Gave up after day 3 and ate elsewhere for both breakfast and evening meal from then on. On a positive, the room was lovely, we stayed in a suite which had 2 balconies and spacious living area. Unfortunately the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom floor after every use, however this was fixed. We were sent a survey and we fed back all our concerns and disappointingly they were totally not interested and just thanked us for our complaints. We did notice alot of flight staff staying here, so presumably the big business that brings, they aren't interested in tourist complaints. Cannot fault the housekeeping staff and some waiting staff were lovely. The pool area was great too. As for the rest it's a no and certainly not the 4 star we are used to. Upon checking out wasn't even asked if our stay was ok???!!!
