Loved this hotel from the moment we entered with a tremendously designed lobby. The beach is a long stretch of white sand with amazing private beach cabanas. The service overall was great and the room was nice. The main restaurant was the my favourite bit of the hotel. Overall I would recommend.

My wife and I spent both our anniversary and her birthday at the BT Krabi. Bottom line it was fantastic! The room was well appointed and the view was a killer. Our hostess Jayda was so attentive and made sure we wanted for nothing. We had two boat excursions by both that were great. Booked them through the hotel so they picked us up at the hotel beach. Took a cooking class with chief Dai and he was great. Then four hours in the spa. Heavenly. All in all we would gladly come back and recommend this hotel/spa to anyone who wants to be pampered. Thanks Banyan Tree.
