Bali Tropic Resort & Spa

This a wonderful resort full of amenities and a nice beach. The restaurants are great and the report layout is superb. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Really enjoy the swim up bar. A very romantic resort and the cultural design of the buildings really makes it magical.

We had ten days at the resort and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was spacious, very clean and well appointed, the only thing missing was a bedside table on my side of the bed, but other than that it was a lovely room (the bed was huge). We had a Royal room with breakfast included and the breakfast was fantastic, so many things to choose from and very well presented and always replaced when running low which we liked to see. The resort is very nice, the beach area is okay although we didn't spend any time there, we were always pool side. Three restaurants and we ate in all three and all were very good. We had a special night on the beach with friends and the whole experience was amazing, the waiter was fantastic, the food was incredible and to top it all there were fireworks on the beach, it was a memorable night and would recommend it to anyone who is celebrating a special event. The pool was clean and the pool bar was fairly busy most of the time, if I had one gripe about the pool bar is that at times only one person serving which is not good when the majority of people were ordering cocktails, you had to wait quite a while for a beer. We also felt at times that the staff were not quite as aware as they should have been as twice we went to the beach restaurant for a drink and a light lunch and had to go to the bar to get service, not a problem but where there are four members of staff stood talking and doing nothing it makes you wonder, also we had to take our glasses back to the bar (and order another drink) which was a bit annoying, oddly it only happened over the weekend. The rooms would also benefit from some kind of information sheet, i.e where the restaurants are, a map of the resort, what kind of activities are available and where to book them, local amenities etc. We had to phone reception and took a guess and dialled 1, which got us through, but it would have helped if we had the info in the room. Overall the staff are really friendly and it was a good holiday, I would recommend it and if I was going back I would not hesitate to stay there.

The room was clean, cool and very roomy, our beds were awesome! My sister and I absolutely loved our stay. All the employees at this resort were so friendly and helpful. We loved the pool bar. Chikka, the barman, was working there each day and no matter the crowd, he was always attentive to all and made us delicious drinks. We had the all inclusive package and we certainly enjoyed all that was on offer.

Big Thankyou to Bali Tropic, my husband and I booked this holiday child free holiday and we had the best time. Great staff, great food and all inclusive. We had a great time using the bikes and doing aqua aerobics. The bbq dinner at the beach with the band was a a highlight dancing on the beach. The barmen Chicka and Andy did a wonderful job servicing everyone. We will come back we had a wonderful stay

This year my Birthday was celebrated at this hotel. Nice ambience inside hotel, excellent location easily accessible, there are super markets, money exchange and restaurants just across the street for foreigner visitors. Rooms were spacious and the breakfast spread was great.
