The property lies in the heart of Seminyak, just a 30 minute drive from the airport. It is only a few minutes' walk from the nearest shopping centres, restaurants and traditional art shops. The resort offers a relaxed environment and lifestyle. The hotel was renovated in 2006 and features 15 rooms. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, bar and dining facilities. Room and laundry services, and bicycle hire service are available. There is a parking. Each room is equipped with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, TV and IDD telephone. Kitchenette comes with tea/coffee making facilities and a refrigerator. King-size beds and a terrace also come as standard. Guests can go for a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool or enjoy the warm tropical sun. Sun loungers and parasols also feature pool side. Massage and spa treatments are also. In such a beautiful country with warm amazing people these are the most disgusting ,dirty and run down villas in the whole of bali.Do not book this decapitated hovel.This is the worst resort I have ever experienced and it isn't worth one star

booked and paid with confirmation through agoda. Arrive at the property, the staff said its full booked, the staff asking to contact agoda to get full refund. So silly, talked with the manager even doesn’t get any result. Hands gave up. Be careful, this is not the first time happened. it happens many times as the staff said. unlucky if you can’t get your money back. because its refundable.
