Superb in every way

5th time at this hotel and still faultless! Food fabulous, staff warm and friendly, comfortable / beds, perfect location to beach and harbour. Entertainment team (Remarc) beyond wonderful. Led by Tomas, his team cater for everybody and every age. From aqua-gym, darts, boules to evening mini-disco. Francisco and Xavi are the best team Tomas has had in our view - always greeting us with a friendly smile and chat. My 10 year old loved them! We cannot wait to return in 2025

Great family hotel in a great location

Great 10 night family holiday with my 14 and 15 year old children. Room was spacious and clean on the ground floor as requested. Activities provided by Thomas, Fran & Zavi during the day where great fun for both children and adults. Food was plentiful with variety, only criticism is they say if you have children you should dine first in the evening, it was a stampede, we soon left our dining until later to avoid the rush, furthermore the pool restaurant offered virtually the same and was far more relaxed. Location is great, 20 minute walk into Kos town or hire a bike for 5 Euros/day which allowed loads of opportunity to explore. Plenty of alternative eating and drinking establishments on the road to Kos which we used on occasions to differ from the all inclusive. Beach was great, you did have to pay a small charge to hire sun loungers. Evening entertainment was good, from live rock to traditional Greek music and dancing. Games room was good with pool tables (2 Euros a game was a bit excessive) and table tennis. Hotel is heavily populated by German tourists which isn't a problem only my children struggled to make any friends until the second week when more English families arrived. Would highly recommend for a relaxing family holiday in a great location, certainly for the price we paid.

Impeccable service

The Atlantis hotel is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location, right on the beach front and only a 25 minute walk to the harbour. When we first arrived our room was quite basic but nothing out of the ordinary for the Greek islands, there are many rooms on site with differing set ups ours was a standard family room. There was a small kitchenette but no kettle, however this was quickly rectified on request and a kettle was promptly delivered to our room. During the first few days we had some issues with our air conditioning, however each time we reported this the staff swung into action to resolve the issues as quickly as possible. It did result in us having to move rooms but again the staff made this a seamless experience and could not have done anymore for us. The staff on the front desk were so professional and did everything possible to ensure we had a holiday to remember, THANK YOU! The restaurant is well equipped with great food which is of a high standard, the chef comes out and talks to guests asking for feedback and is very attentive which is a lovely touch. We were a party of 7 and always able to find a table together in the restaurant. The pool snack bar is great and the gyros is epic! The chap who works this area works so hard in the heat it’s so popular with people queueing even before it opens which tells you how lovely the food is. In the evenings there is plenty of seating again we have always been able to sit together. The kids love the games room and the pools, again plenty of sun beds and chairs providing areas for sun and shade. All in all I would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic Hotel

We enjoyed our stay here at Atlantis. Let's start with the positives....great location, grounds and pool area spotless. Regards getting a sunbed, we found this no problem. If you put your towel down early then at 8am a member of staff will remove them if your not sat on your bed. ( WELL DONE!) Bar staff work so hard very friendly and even remember your drink order when you return. A special mention to the young chap collecting the glasses Alexander he was so friendly and always asked how your day was. ANIMATION.... These guys work so hard day after day the energy they bring to Aqua gym in the heat 🥵 my word. Thomas & the team were amazing very friendly and deserve a special mention. NEGATIVES...... petty this may seem but a glass of wine served in a tumbler glass..... TAX on arrival which was €3 Euros last year 2023 jumped to €7 per room per night. A lovely base to explore this stunning island.

Great value hotel

My mum and I stayed here for a week from the end of July until 5th August. We had a package holiday through Easyjet holidays - easy to use and straightforward booking. The hotel itself was clean and spacious. Food was good (I'm a fussy eater and was always able to eat something!) Was always able to get a sun bed by the pool by about 8/8:30am but we would be there at 7:30am as breakfast was at 7 in the main restaurant and we're early birds! People did reserve sun beds and then come back later for them, however the staff would remove their things and give the beds to people that would actually use them. Entertainment was good - kids club every night and then adult entertainment afterwards (Beach party, Greek dancing etc). Most of the staff were nice and chatty :) Easy to get into Kos town for 8 Euros from the reception. Onsite shop wasn't too bad either. Restaurant opposite - Smugglers - was really good on our last night!
