Atlantica Imperial Residences

Third visit to the residences, all staff very friendly and accomodating. Duplex suites on the third floor offer exceptional views and are kept in immaculate condition by the cleaning staff. Breakfast in the Blue Bay restaurant was superb, I would like to thank all management and staff for providing me with another stress free superb holiday in glorious surroundings. I have booked again for september 2025 and would recommend the residences to all family and friends.

Beautifully designed, excellent service, a la carte restaurants were superb. Great breakfast, super clean and very good cocktails. Relaxing atmosphere, beautiful bay and views. Expert and friendly staff. Buffet main restaurant is very large and feels less intimate than the others

2nd visit to the red carpet suite with own pool (Room no. 828). I loved it the first visit and equally so on the last. Everyone from managers to cleaning staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile! Reception staff in the residences area were exceptionally cheerful and helpful, for everything you needed to know as well as offering advice. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We were there to celebrate my birthday and our wedding anniversary and on those days we had cakes, fruit and fizz placed in the room - thanks to the events team, you really made our day special! We didn’t try the ‘speciality’ restaurants, as we are very picky eaters so ate in the main buffet restaurant for lunch & dinner, but enjoyed excellent breakfasts in the blue bay. All inclusive is great but there was very limited choice on what was included for drinks. Food was plentiful in the main restaurant with a great choice but it was never very warm. Queuing was often the case when at popular times. The restaurant staff were always there to clear tables and replenish your drinks. If it is within your budget I would highly recommend the red carpet suite with private pool.

We were due to return to this wonderful resort just before the Pandemic hit, our holiday was cancelled by the Holiday company so, after an absence of 4 years we were a little apprehensive about returning, we had made some wonderful memories in our previous 3 visits and there is a saying “never go back”. We arrived late on the 24th August and were collected by a Taxi arranged by the Hotel (thank you Valentía!) and before we knew it we were enjoying a seamless check in at the Residences (thank you Nicole). We were delighted to be shown to our Suite - of course didn’t get the full impact of the accommodation until the morning - just fabulous! Superb views, cracking little private pool (with water jets) and two terraces to choose from. Did I mention, the bed is super comfortable! The team at the Atlantica are the cream on the cake, they are (pretty much without exception) welcoming, super helpful and courteous. It felt like going home. The Residence is a tranquil place to holiday, the muted tones and contemporary decor add to the experience of peace and quiet. In the evening, there is a DJ offering some background noise. Breakfast at the Blue Bay is superb - a buffet style offering with such a wide choice there’s bound to be something for everyone, you can order from a small menu if you prefer to have your breakfast presented to you - i.e. eggs Benedict etc., For my part, I enjoyed the selection of both hot and cold food on offer. Alas, the Blue Bay is no longer offering lunch and so you have the option of popping over the Road for the buffet or enjoying a snack at the Sky Bar - baguettes, wraps, small salads and watermelon. The hotel were extremely accommodating and ensured that Tanqueray 0% was available along with a 0% fizzy - long list of Mocktails to choose from - Kiki’s makes the best Virgin Cosmo! In the evening, dinner is available at the main Restaurant a 2 minute walk away from the Residences, you can also dine at Mylos (contemporary Greek Cuisine) Ginger and the Blue Bay. We dined at Mylos three times and it was every bit as good as remembered. The Gym has been improved since our last visit, it offers a great selection of treadmills, free and fixed weights - light airy and superb air con. The positives just go on and on and this could soon turn in to something akin to a work of Tolstoy so I will conclude by saying a HUGE thank you to the staff at the Residences and Atlantica that make the Resort what it is and a joy to return to. In particular, thank you to Valentía, Nicole, Michalis, Kiki (she should have her very own review page - hugely popular member of staff and long serving - she’s delightful), Thanasis - so lovely to see him again, Mira (our housekeeper) and Nikos who sent us home with a big smile and hug - a lovely new addition to the team. Christos (GM) we didn’t see enough of you! To conclude, we are so glad that we returned and look forward to our next visit - oh, nearly forgot, due to my Husband’s current mobility issues - we were transported to and from the Sister Hotel by Buggy - thank you to the drivers!

We have just got back from an incredible week at the Atlantica Imperial Residences/Resort. We were upgraded, as we were on our honeymoon, which was a really lovely touch and we were really grateful. The duplex suite was amazing - so spacious and clean. We loved the swim up pool and the benefits of the red carpet. Breakfast at the Blue Bay restaurant was really good. We liked the buffet and a la carte options. We frequented the Sky Bar a lot too. The pool and loungers were clean and well-maintained. The fridge contained snacks in case you did not want to go over the other side for lunch. Kiki was so lovely and welcoming. There was also another member of staff (I can't remember his name) who had just started working at the Atlantica and he was really friendly too. We ate at the ginger restaurant and the Mylos and loved them both. Bruno at the Mylos restaurant was particularly attentive. We thought the snack bar served a variety of delicious food. Great food, drinks, staff and hotel. We loved our stay and would definitely return!
