THE MOST PERFECT HOTEL! ❤️

Wow......The most perfect hotel! It was mine and my husband's first time to Mykonos to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and we were over the moon with our hotel choice. From the moment we arrived the service from the staff was exceptional, every staff member throughout the whole of our stay was so friendly and accommodating, nothing was ever too much for them. A special mention to olger who greeted us upon arrival and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special by upgrading our room to the most perfect room with the most amazing views, we stayed in a Seaview room with private pool, I would highly recommend this room choice! Olger was so lovely, and you could clearly see that guest satisfaction was very important to her, making guests happy was her number one priority. Another special mention to Klevin, the most sweet lad. Klevin was so professional and attentive, his customer service skills were spot on! We thoroughly enjoyed chatting to him at breakfast each day. All staff at asty were the best I have ever experienced.... superb!!! Our stay included breakfast which was stunning! Plenty of options, presented so beautifully. The hotel deco was by far the best I have ever seen, the most beautiful boho vibes, which was kept immaculate throughout our stay. The hotel is perfect location, myself and my husband walked most places throughout our stay. The Walk to the town is very steep, so I would definitely recommend flat footwear for the ladies. The spa at the hotel is beautiful, although we did not get around to using it due to being so busy throughout our stay. I honestly can't recommend this beautiful hotel enough, the most perfect place for a couples get away, if we were to return to Mykonos, we would 100% return to asty, as I feel it would be very hard to beat. Thank you soooo much for the most perfect stay. ❤️

7 night stay - loved it!

Just finished a 7 night stay at the Asty and we had a wonderful stay. All of the staff are so helpful, friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. The room was very spacious and the pool / restaurant area is beautiful and so nicely decorated - very Mykonos / scorpios vibe which we love! It’s a 10 minute walk to town which was very convenient but beware if wearing heels it is very steep so you might want to taxi back up! Use iMove app for cheaper taxi options. Supermarket a few minute walk away which was also great. Overall had such a lovely stay and we were so sad to leave! Would highly recommend for a relaxing couples trip. Just to note - we noticed some hotels nearby offer a buggy cart up and down the hill into town, which would be a lovely edition to this hotel too, as it is so close and such a short journey!

Too noisy for a relaxed holiday!

We cancelled our one-week-stay at the hotel after two nights because of noise disturbance from the busy street in front as well as the chicken farm behind the hotel. The hotel management tried to be helpful by providing us with an upgrade to the highest room category. Still, we wanted to leave. Unfortunately, we had booked a non-refundable rate. Given our complaint, the hotel continued to decline any monetary compensation. Nevertheless, the situation was not bearable for us and despite the financial pain we moved to another hotel, where we had a pleasant rest of our holiday.
