This hotel is ideally located at the heart of Fira Town, close to all of the famous restaurants and bars of the capital. Its location means that it offers guests the convenience of enjoying the famous nightlife of Santorini, whilst being able to walk back to their suites without requiring transportation. Perched on the top of the wild cliffs, just opposite the Metropolitan Church of Fira, the villas offer unlimited views of the endless blue sea, the volcano and the most photographed sunset on Earth. It also offers access to the central bus and taxi station, which is only 150 m away, offering guests the opportunity to explore the island without requiring a private car. A Dream Stay at Asteras Villas - Perfect Santorini Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Asteras Villas in Santorini! The La Luna Suite was a dream—spacious, beautifully designed, and the views were absolutely incredible. The private hot tub was such a nice touch, offering the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Breakfast was amazing, made to order every day, and we couldn't get enough of it. The staff was truly fantastic—always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and happy. They went above and beyond, even helping us arrange the rental of a quad, which was a highlight of our trip and so much fun. They also provided us with a list of restaurants open during the off-season, which was really helpful, although we went intentionally during the off-season and loved every minute of it. The hotel is in a great location, offering a balance of privacy and safety, while still being close to everything Santorini has to offer. Overall, we had an unforgettable experience and would highly recommend Asteras Villas to anyone visiting Santorini. The combination of stunning views, excellent service, and a perfect location made it a truly special getaway!

Unrivaled view of the caldera from the balcony

Stayed here for 3nights/4days adventure in Santorini for our birthday last December. The hotel is situated on the cliff and we had the best view of the caldera! The staff was so accommodating,esp. the receptionist, she gives us information about restaurants that are open and parking area near to the hotel. The daily breakfast is delicious and sumptuous with a lot of choices. The hotel even gave us a welcome champagne on our first night. Highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Perfect location and Service

A little hard to find villas as it’s not accessible by the main road. Easiest was us to come to Hotel Atlantis and walk on the walk way for about 500m and it’s on the left with stairs going down. A small room for reception where Ms. Fei will greet you with a smile and give the details of the island with the keys to your villa and a map with all highlights of Santorini. Be ready to climb up and down stairs. There are lots of stairs. The room was quite nice. Basic, simple, Unique and clean. Bed is on a raised concrete floor. Pretty basic with a coffee table and a chair, water heater, fridge and amenities. No breakfast buffet but you order what you would like and it gets delivered to your room at an agreed time in the morning. Summer time you could have breakfast on the balcony but in winter, it’s in the room. The villa is in a very central location. Easy to get to shops, eating places and attractions. It’s nothing fancy but if you spending time outside, this is ideal and has beautiful views. Minor downside, slight mold in bathroom ceiling and that could be due to poor ventilation and high humidity especially in winter when you take hot showers.
