The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The setting is beautiful set amongst the cliff face, although you have to at times wade through visiting tours or sunset hour to get in and out of hotel areas. The cave rooms are qaint, perhaps a little tight. Beds are quite hard though. Probably the one warning I would give to perspective visitors is in some of the rooms you end up with a communal crossover areas with another room, to point you literally are 1m away from and looking directly at fellow guests whilst in their outdoor seating area. Their outdoor spa areas also share stairways/walkways, so their is potential for it to me quite awkward for those wanting proper privacy.
