It was a great stay here. The view was stunning honesty. All the areas were very clean, well maintained and the food was greatt too. The staff provided an Amazing service , they were very friendly and helpful. Specially Aslam, Buddika, Rukshan, Chamasha, Pavindu assisted and provided us with a great service 🫶🏼 thankyou for making the stay memorable ✨

We had such a great time at this hotel. From the second I walked in, the place felt welcoming. The vibe was super chill, with nice music and a clean, cozy setup. The staff were all friendly and helpful, which made everything even better. They checked in often without being annoying, and they really seemed to care about our experience.✨✨✨ Now the food wow👀💫. Everything we tried was delicious. The flavors were strong but balanced, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh.Even the sides were great. They clearly put effort into every part of the meal..... The prices felt fair for the quality, and the portions were just right. I left full but not overly stuffed, which is honestly the best feeling. This is one of those places I’d happily come back to. My experience at Aralya was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel. The staff were consistently unpleasant and unhelpful. Before check-out, we asked to use the pool shower due to a 12-hour flight ahead of us, and the staff initially agreed. However, after check-out, a manager with limited English told us we couldn’t use the shower because we were no longer “guests.” This lack of basic customer service was frustrating, especially after staying there for four days. Our luggage was left unattended in the middle of the lobby for eight hours, despite being promised safe storage. The breakfast offered variety, but the quality was poor and unappetizing. It was clear the hotel prioritized quantity over quality. Overall, poor service, lack of professionalism, and unmet promises made this a disappointing stay. I would not recommend Aralya to anyone.

The hotel is modern,clean,and bright,with well - designed room. Very nice scenery from the balcony area of the room. Would definitely recommend. The service was excellent,and the staff was very friendly and helpful.A Special thank you to animators team (Ruchiru,Dinesha,Emasha,Tharaka,Supun and Shashini). We played volleyball and water polo and had a lot of fun.Thank you!👏

Fantastic 4 day stay . Emaculate premises. Courteous staff. Amazing food. So many extra curricular activities. Should out to, Malshan, Elvin , Ranthula and Tharika. All of you made our stay amazing 👏 Damayanthi 615 Mahendra 625 Keep up the good job !
