What a wonderful Trip. From the start, Chrysa reached out to see what she could help with for our stay. She was wonderful and helped with setting up dinner reservations, and working to find us the only winery open that week for tastings. Shw is super responsive and works to help in any way she can. The rest of the staff are wonderful too and helped make the trip amazing!! The breakfast delivered to our room every morning was custom selected by us and amazing as we sat each morning over the Caldera. We were so lucky and were upgraded to an amazing suite for two of our nights!! I can't say enough about the property and the staff. We hope to return again soon!!

Our recent family trip to Aqua Luxury Suites was simply perfect! The service was truly exceptional, thanks to the amazing team - Chrysa, Konstantinos, and Mahmood. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, exceeding all expectations. The hotel itself is stunning, with immaculate cleanliness and a beautiful modern design. Our suite was spacious and well-equipped, the room service delicious, and the in-house car rental and taxi service incredibly convenient. But the highlight was the incredible staff. When our pre-booked airport transfer failed to show, Chrysa personally drove us to the airport, ensuring we didn't miss our flight! This level of dedication is unparalleled. Aqua Luxury Suites offers a truly luxurious experience with exceptional service and genuine hospitality. Highly recommend! Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Excellent customer service, breathtaking views, and a delicious breakfast make this a great place to stay. They carried all our luggage to and from the lobby to the room, which is at least three stairs up and down. Be mindful to ask room location before booking if you've elderly or physically disabled person.

Chrysa Renta super kind to help us with our stay at the hotel from breath taking view room, fresh bfast every morning and amazing yachting experience.

Aqua Luxury Suites is truly amazing—probably the best hotel in Santorini. I stayed in an incredible suite with the most breathtaking view of the sea and the volcano island. Even the food we ordered for our first dinner was delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed each morning’s breakfast served directly to our room or terrace. The hotel itself is stunning, with attention to every detail. A special mention goes to the professional and kind manager, Chryssa, along with her wonderful team, Elena and Costantinos. Thanks to their care and recommendations, my stay was exceptional. They perfectly catered to my needs and my photography trip, always suggesting the best spots and experiences. I’ve added photos of the room, our dinner, breakfasts, and even some videos I created for my IG stories. Highly recommended!
