Excelente Staff en un hotel Fantástico

So many good things to say of our stay in this hotel, but the most important is the great Staff they have, since the moment we arrive we were received at the front desk by Eleaine (manager) Christina and Maria, we really felt their kindness. Also the concierge, the bellman and in general all the boys in service during our stay. We arrive early before check in and we had already booked a sail trip so they offer us a temporary room to refresh and change. The room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast service was excellent you can choose to have it in the room or in the restaurant. Thanks to all the team in duty during our Stay, definitely it is a place where we will like to go back. Best hotel ever! Hidden paradise in Imerovigli! Staff is amazing! Suite was very clean and the view from our jacuzzi was breathtaking! We had also dinner at the hotel’s restaurant which was delicious! But the view, this view 💕 We will be back for sure!

WOW! I don’t even know where to start! The view and room was absolutely gorgeous!! The staff from when we checked in to when we checked out were phenomenal! Chrsyna was amazing! Looked after our every need and nothing was too much trouble! The waiting staff and the bar staff were so friendly and helpful! The receptionists and concierges were also amazing! Hands down one of the best holidays we have had due to the friendliness of the staff alone! We will definitely be back and recommend! The view was stunning! It was perfect for the 5 days we spent! Thank you for making our stay perfect! And even helping with what to book/ see!

It was a wonderful stay!! I stayed with my partner for 4 nights and the only thing i have to say is that it was an exceptional experience. The stuff was very kind and professional and the room had a beautiful view of caldera. We will definitely come back ❤️
