Absolutely lovely hotel . Great staff who are very helpful. Nothing too much bother . Restaurant is great plenty of seats in and out . Food is great. Everywhere is clean. Fridge in your room . Gym is ok and spa area is good . Plenty of sun lounges and right on top of a great beach

We had a perfect one week stay here in Oct 2021. End of season so not crowded but weather 25-28c Lovely yogas on the pool side and big pools. We also had a shared pool next to our room which rarely anyone was swimming besides us. The pizza, waffles and soft ice was so good that you could pickbup from Apollo beach side (and use all their services as well) Tennis court was good to play, rackets bit old. Very friendly customer service. Food was good aswell and plenty to choose from. Hotel is updated and well kept, would recommend for Faliraki stay. Also bus stop near the hotel and easy to go to Rhodes town

The hotel is of a great standard. We went mid September so the hotel was not too busy. Selection of food in the restaurant was impressive and the a la carte was brilliant. Staff so very helpful - they soon got to know us very well. Plenty of sunbeds for all the guests. Rooms were very well kitted out.

Lovely room and spacious hotel

The hotel was super clean, spacious. The meals were nothing spectacular, very repetitive selection to be 2 weeks there, no very exciting menu. The waiters in the dining room no very friendly at all, only smile to you the few days before you finish your holidays……. Reception told us every day we will have bottle the water in the room and that was incorrect, you need to buy your water, in the meals never offer you filtre water….. but when you are few days there…… you ask for filtre water and no buy a bottle every night I think that is a pity thing to done. A part of that the hotel was lovely, waiters in the pool bar very friendly people, Shambuka and Maria the best workers, always, all the time they was with a nice smile and very helpful people.

No hot water or iron

Had to complain every other day about no hot water , they were quick to come to room and correct but next day cold again , also the only way to iron any of your clothes is in a stairwell , 1 iron for the use of all hotel ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
