Dear Apeiron Blue Staff, I cannot thank you enough. It felt like a warm bath. Everyday we had a warm welcome and the best service. George you are the best, what a star host and wonderful person you are. To the rest of the staff, the lovely ladies and the pool boys thanks as well!! You are doing a great job. Would definitely recommend !!

Couldn’t speak more highly of Apeiron Blue! The staff were absolutely lovely and were very accommodating, the views are incredible, and the food is amazing! Highly recommend their lobster pasta. Such a special place and we can’t wait to come back in the future.

Me and my partner visited here for our anniversary and had an amazing experience except a few things we would like to clarify as follows. To start I’d like to give a special mention to George, Christina and Angela for providing amazing service in the restaurant and Ioannis or Yiannis the guy at the pool bar for being so nice towards us whenever we were talking or being served. The hotel was lovely with an amazing view, rooms were cleaned daily however some days it didn’t get cleaned until 5pm as supposed to some was 11am which we weren’t sure about. The staffing during breakfast was not the best but I believe the manager has accommodated that by hiring a new person while we have been here. We had a lovely stay but it would of been made better with a few additional touches such as when you arrive you don’t get a sheet like most hotels offer stating times of ‘breakfast’ ‘lunch’ ‘dinner’ etc so we had no idea when things were open to begin with. Our hot tub began to be cloudy for whatever reason but was fixed within the day so the maintenance staff are on their toes. We appreciate all the staff and with minor changes this place could be an unbelievable experience.

Myself and my Partner have stayed in several 5* hotels around the Greek islands and we are never people to complain and have never written a review before, but sadly this hotel has really let us down and we want to avoid others making the same mistake. We have approached the staff with our concerns and got no apology - we have notified the management twice now and both times we just got the cold shoulder. We have seen another couple also complain and they also got the same treatment. On arrival, we sat for 1.5 hours in reception waiting for our room to be ready. I had arranged for the room to be decorated for my partners birthday (£300) - this was acceptable but very below standards and not worth the money. The breakfast was really poor, the restaurant is tiny and understaffed. The food quality operates at a 3 star level, we waited 30 minutes for drinks and 1 hour for food. We were really disappointed. The room was unclean on arrival, there was a wrapper left on the bathroom floor and hairs too. Our hot tub was dirty and we requested to have it cleaned (they did come straight away and did a good job). We have cancelled our private dinning experience because the hotel has made such a poor effort with everything else. Unfortunately we have to stay here for another 3 nights, if things improve I will get my parter to write it in there review. On a positive note, the view is incredible and it gets the best sunsets. The pool areas and sunbeds are lovely. Honestly though if you’re reading this please avoid this hotel , we do not complain ever so please don’t ruin your holiday.

Our experience at Apeiron Blue was absolutely phenomenal, making it a standout choice for anyone visiting Santorini. We stayed in room 631, which offered a breathtaking sunset view and unparalleled privacy. The room’s location is perfect, situated next to another private pool just one floor below. A special highlight was the cave jacuzzi, an incredible feature that truly encapsulates the unique Santorini experience. The room was well-appointed with two types of pillows for maximum comfort, a safe box, and ample storage space for our luggage and clothes. A special mention must go to Mrs. Chloe, the general manager. She was exceptional in every way, ensuring that all guests feel special and well-cared for. Her dedication and hospitality significantly enhanced our stay, and we are immensely grateful for her efforts. As long as Mrs. Chloe is at Apeiron Blue, we will definitely be returning. Our trip was a mother-daughter celebration for my daughter’s 15th birthday, and she felt incredibly pampered throughout our stay. The breakfast at Apeiron Blue was delicious, with a variety of options and excellent coffee. We particularly enjoyed Grandma’s pie, a delightful pancake-like dish with feta cheese. Both lunch and dinner were also fantastic, contrary to some reviews we read about slow service. Our appetizers arrived within 10 minutes, and the main courses within 20-25 minutes, which is standard for a good restaurant. If you prefer fast food, there are plenty of stores and mini-markets nearby. Regarding the stairs, it’s important to note that Santorini’s landscape includes many steps. If you prefer fewer stairs, opt for the upper rooms above the pool. You will still encounter some stairs to reach the reception, but it is manageable. We would also like to thank Vasho from reception for her constant kindness and smile, as well as Cristina from the restaurant, whose cheerful demeanor and excellent service always brightened our day. In summary, our stay at Apeiron Blue was unforgettable, and we highly recommend it for an exceptional Santorini experience.
