Anavadia Hotel is located in the Resort area of Kolymbia, 25Km from Rhodes Town and 20 Km from the airport of Rhodes Island, Diagoras. The hotel is in the most relaxing area of Kolymbia, ideal for individuals who like to spend lazy days in the pool and relax under the breathtaking view of St. Tsampika Mountain. The peacefull environment in combination to the Hotel style gives to the guest a relaxing experience. Α regular shuttle service transfer guests to the beach. The hotel is a complex of 3 building areas, the main, the relax area and the facilities - lobby area. At the facilities area exists the Reception, the mini market, the restaurant for the all inclusive meals and the main BAR. this hotel is not 4 star it should only be 2 stars very poor hygiene pools dirty and no filtration system no lifeguard linen never change food could and very poor quality and variety you have to clear you own table of dirty plates etc drinks are served in paper cups and diet drinks unavailable at most times told if you want sugar free use soda water avoid at all times locals all say worst hotel in Kolymbia STAY AWAY

The stay at the hotel went without any problems. The staff took royal care of us. A beautiful and picturesque place. The hotel staff is smiling and ready to help. Two large swimming pools available, close to the sea. The bartenders know their stuff and can please people. I highly recommend it and greet the hotel manager and service manager George

Hotel Anavadia is a pleasant place for a relaxing getaway. From the very start, you can feel the warm atmosphere, and the staff takes care of every detail to ensure a comfortable stay. Special mention goes to Mrs. Diana, who is always helpful and friendly. She greets every question with a smile and always tries to assist, making guests feel truly welcome. The manager, George, also deserves recognition. He is an incredibly open and friendly person, and his positive energy adds charm to the place. Always smiling, he enjoys talking with guests and values their feedback, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. As for the food, it’s average, but there’s something for everyone. While some dishes may not meet the highest expectations, the variety ensures that you can find something tasty. The drinks, on the other hand, are a big plus – well-prepared and delicious, they definitely enhance the evenings by the pool. The pool itself is a major highlight of the hotel – it’s large, clean, and perfect for relaxation. The surrounding area encourages rest, and you can easily spend hours enjoying the peace and quiet. Hotel Service was really excelence. The Manager George, Bartender Angelo and ms Diana from reception make our stay really great. We are really thankfull for there help and support. The rooms was clean, pools are in good condition and drinks was yea okay
