Situated in Perissa (Black Beach), in Santorini, the traditional Cycladic Anastasia Princess Luxury Residence (adults only) consists of three complexes with studios, deluxe apartments and suites with outdoor hot tub or outdoor pools offers two public infinity swimming pools. The black sandy beach of Perissa is just one minute walk. Many bars and restaurants are located across the beach road. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. From the balconies, guests are offered magnificent views of our famous disigned venue and the pool areas. All spacious rooms are well-equipped with air conditioning, safety boxes, hairdryer and kitchen with fridge. Bathroom amenities are available on its room. A rich continental breakfast is served each morning at the breakfast area. Guests also enjoy an outdoor café and poolside bar. Athinios Port is at 11 km and Santorini International Airport is around 14 km away. Free parking is possible on site. Public transportation is available to all distances every 30 minutes.

Amazing! Pure luxury

We had such a special stay here at Anastasia for my 30th birthday. It was both mine and my mums first time visiting santorini and we fell in the love with the place. The staff were so attentive and friendly and the place is absolutely stunning in a perfect location for exploring the island. We can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend.

Me and my mother went on a 7 day trip to Santorini. We got an upgrade when we arrived to a plunge pool suite! That was a very warm welcome. The room was spacious and was nicely cleaned every day (including fresh towels every day). The only tip we would have is about the green 'safety light' in the room. At night this can sometimes be annoying for sleeping. Luckily we had a sleep mask with us. The staff had a personal approach and was very attentive. Breakfast was served fresh every day (by means of a buffet), where all cakes and other dishes were homemade and different every day. There is 1 bar where you can order a nice coffee or a drink. They can also serve this on the beach, which we found very nice. The staff is also very helpfull regarding finding nice restaurants or beachclubs. Every recommendation was absolutely amazing. I contacted the hotel before our arrival, because I wanted to make some reservations. Smaragda responded very quickly with, again, really nice recommendations. In summary, we had a fantastic week in Santorini, thanks to this great hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back with the whole family!

My wife and I have just a10 day break at this adult only hotel,on first impression it is not a hotel in the true sense it is made up of individual rooms on a spread out complex some with their own plunge pools,ours was in a block of 3 apartments and it was a really nice place to stay the bed was one of the best we have slept in the cleaners came every day to make the bed and to change the towels,the bathroom was a good size and a nice shower there was tea and coffee making facilities also. The complex has 2 swimming pools each in their own complex.The breakfast has a very nice choice of English and continental with lots of fruit juice and fresh fruits. The complex is on the beach front with your own sunbeds which again were very comfortable with bar service available, the owners of the complex were very friendly and on hand if you had any problems as it's a family run place they take great pride in looking after you we would highly recommend this place for a really nice stay.

Great place to stay in Perissa

If you want to stay in Perissa then the Anastasia is a really great place to choose. The rooms are really nice, the service is great and the breakfast as well. Everything is so quiet, absolutely relaxing. They also have sunbeds, umbrellas and service on the beach. The beach itself can be quiet hot due to the lava stones and you might need shoes to get into the water.
