Even though Mykonos is known for being a party town, I was looking for something a bit more relaxing for us. This resort is out of Mykonos town and when we arrived we were welcomed with a drink and we sat down to go through some activities we could do. Christina talked us through some recommendations and wrote them all down on a map and we ended up using that to hire a car and drive around for one of the days. The car hire was 120 euro (including insurance) for the day and this was organised through the hotel. We had dinner on the first night at the hotel as they offer 10% off and it was delicious. One of the days we went to the town and you can get a private transfer for 30 euro from the hotel, we caught a taxi back for the same cost. It might be cheaper to hire a car for a few days, however it is a bit stressful driving! Overall our stay was exemplary, the service, the room, the facilities (especially the pool and breakfast!) and our housekeeper was also lovely.
