Great location, very poor cleaning

Great location, beautiful pools, delicious breakfast and really lovely and helpful staff. But: cleaning and amenities and room equipment is not at the level of a 5 star hotel. Dirty (quite disgustingly) internal doors, bathroom, bins, toilets, dust behind the beds, on the bed tables, floor with hair and dirty marks. Cleaners throwing towels carelessly, our pyjamas on the floor and I could go on… shame as otherwise this would be a dream place!

אחד מבתי המלון הכי טובים בהם היינו, השירות יוצא מגדר הרגיל, המקום מדהים ביופיו, עם נוף לכל כיוון, האוכל מפנק, איכותי וטרי, עם מגוון רחב שיתאים לכל אחד, הבריכה המחוממת הייתה ממש תענוג, השירות מתחיל מהיום הראשון ועד היום האחרון, זה כלל משקאות ופינוקים בהגעה ועד שמפניה עם פירות בערב שלפני העזיבה. למחרת יצאנו מוקדם בבוקר לשדה התעופה, אז הם ארזו לנו את ארוחת הבוקר בקופסאות שחיכו לנו בקבלה, ובנוסף הם לוקחים ומחזירים אתכם משדה התעופה בחינם, אין ספק שנחזור. One of the best hotel we got to visit in, The service was exceptional, The hotel is amazing in its beauty, with a great view for every direction, The food is very fresh, high-quality and everyone will find something that they would like, The hated pool is a real treat, The service start from the day you check in and until the day you check out, It includes drinks upon arrival to champagne and fruit the evening before departure, We checked out quite early, so they prepare a breakfast to go for us to take to the airport, In addition to that, they offered a complementary shuttle from and to the airport, We will definitely come back.

Do not trust the Amazon Mykonos Resort & Spa. They cancelled our booking last minute (the night before) and told us they overbooked. We had this booked for 3 months. This was extremely unprofessional, unsafe and unacceptable. Beware before booking this one.

Our stay at Amazon Mykonos was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to take care of every detail…genuinely some of the friendliest and most attentive service we’ve ever experienced. The room was unbelievable…beautifully designed, spotlessly clean and with the most breathtaking views. The pictures just do not do it justice. Every little touch felt luxurious and it really elevated the whole experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If you’re visiting Mykonos this hotel is a dream!! Highly recommend! Memories that will last a lifetime 🫶🏻

Booker Beware!!!

Do not book! My mother booked this hotel 3 months prior to our trip and they cancelled on us the night before!!!! We had nowhere to stay and they just told us they “overbooked” when flying so far away from home and being told your hotel cancelled on you is extremely unsettling, unsafe and unprofessional. We booked our trip around this hotel because it we were the most excited to stay here. So disappointing! Booker beware
