This hotel is not 5 star standard.Rooms were never cleaned properly,staff would come in whilst my family was asleep and then when I asked for them to come later they would never come.Wouldn’t even clean the room all they would do is do the bed,I had to remind them to change the towels and give us toilet paper.That should be the bare minimum why am I having to remind cleaners to do their job😂.The swimming pools were nasty.Broken tiles at the bottom of the pool,the drains at the poolside were broken like hello SAFETY HAZARD.No lifeguards watching over the Pools you would find them chilling at the food bar. Sunbeds had bugs crawling on them and most of them were torn apart. You basically hit the jackpot if you could find a normal sunbed.Food at the snack bar was okayish but flies was all over the food and bugs.The old lady who would make the pizzas was disrespectful.My son wanted a cheese pizza which they had by the way and she was refusing unless I paid her?! Sorry this is an all inclusive on about give me a tip if you want a cheese pizza.Had to go get the manager and then she had the nerve to go an argue with the manager..that just says a lot about the staff that work in this hotel.The buffet had no variety when it came to food.It was always cold and bland. I had to live on chicken nuggets and frozen pizza for 2 weeks.I wouldn’t even feed a dog what they was serving at that buffet. The kitchen from what I could see had cockroaches..yes cockroaches.thats what made me realise this place doesn’t take their hygiene seriously or the wellbeing of the people at the hotel.My family booked this holiday on love holiday and the guy who was so called “representing” love holiday decides to call us from the hotel line as soon as I got into the hotel at like 8am mind you I got into the hotel at 7am and he calls about excursions we would be interested in.First of all why would mehmet I think he’s called be ringing from the hotel line?? Well I’ll tell you why,he works with this hotel to scam tourists with excursions making people pay double what they should and then split the money with the hotel staff.Thats how he was able to ring me through the hotel line at bloody 8 in the morning.This hotel is sketchy and honestly if you love your life,value your time and money,then you will listen to what I’m telling you and don’t bother booking this hotel

Worst hotel iv ever been to! Very unhygienic, lack or proffesionalism,unwelcoming staff and terrible food. Biggest regret was going here and should have trusted the negative reviews beforehand. there was a huge language barrier, staff would make you feel uncomftable

Review I wouldn’t say it is 5 star as when I arrived I was expecting the basics toiletries such as soap toothbrush etc was also hoping to find kettle in the room and when I went to reception hoping to get hold of an iron to my surprise they didn’t have it and I’d have to pay extra to get each my clothes ironed. Also my husband and I paid extra for wifi €9 for a week in order to have access to WiFi everywhere as it ONLY free in the lobby which was very annoying. They asked us on arrival if we wanted to upgrade our room for extra £30 to which we refused. Also the standard room we was given was in a very smelly area had to hold my nose everytime I came out the room smelt like sewage I went with 11 other family members they all said the same. This holiday was more of a fun experience as I went with my family. Also be aware that the staff speak little English. Most things are quite expensive in the hotel but there are some perks such as the sauna, steam and Turkish bath (mixed gender) which I wasn’t able to use due to being pregnant there was two pools which was nice one part of the hotel and the other across the road with slides and food there too which was fun for the family. We did book private jacuzzi which wasn’t too hot for €50. Also be aware of the love holidays travel agent in the hotel who charges A LOT for the excursions we haggled with him for hours and then find cheaper offers 5mins down the road. The hotel itself isn’t in Alanya so when travelling to places you have to pay quite a bit for travel all the time •lifts don’t all work
