Disaster experience with this hotel.. worst experience ever.. Disappointing booking this hotel. Specially the staff Arif and Suraj were rude and don't want to listen our concern as i hv long stay to this hotel.. i m facial very bad experience at the beginning fay itself. *Early Check-in Debacle* Upon arrival at 10:00 AM, I requested an early check-in, which was denied despite my prior request through email also for atleast my parent's (Senior citizens) . The front desk staff seemed unconcerned, stating that check-in was only possible after 2:00 PM. This was inconvenient, as I had traveled overnight and needed rest. *Room Allocation Issues* To make matters worse, the rooms allocated to me and my travel companions were not as booked. We had specifically requested adjacent rooms with front views, but instead received rooms with side building view When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they have standard answer that it's subject to availability.. as i hv booked my stay before 25 days *Poor Customer Service* The management seemed disconnected from the daily operations, leaving guests to fend for themselves. *Conclusion* My stay at Al manar grand was a disappointment, primarily due to the hotel's failure to deliver on its promises. With better communication, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach, this hotel could improve significantly. They have standard answer for everything that its subject to availability.. as my booing was done before 25 days and have booked 1 bedroom apartment with balcony and with king bed ..they have given 2 twin bed to parents and for me and my wife also the same.
