The attention and the food in this place is super good. The waiter Luis is great, he is all the time paying attention to you and makes the best typical handmade Mexican sauce. The picanha was delicious and juicy. The waives sound and the live Spanish Music were a plus. Thanks Luis for the marvelous experience.

The hotel is wonderful in a beautiful location. The rooms were very comfortable. Yoga in the morning was a perfect was to start the day. The Service was also excellent all the way around. They were very attentive to all our needs. Especially our waiter - Sergio!!

This place has a very earthy natural vibe with a feeling of jungle and beach mixed together. Super simple and relaxing. The thing that completely makes this place is the service. Every single person from maintenance to office staff and to restaurant staff, everyone is extremely nice and extremely helpfulwith everything. They are super responsive and make you feel right at home with their exceptional genuine vibe and care to details. Best service I’ve ever had in any resort of stayed at.

Everyone here was top notch. The attention to detail at this hotel is like no other we have ever been. Every single staff member was absolutely amazing. At the restaurant, Sergio was the best and kindest person we had met. We absolutely will come back.

A truly magical weekend at Ahau! Everything was wonderful. Beautiful location, right on the beach. The staff were incredibly attentive and the hotel is beautiful. Special shout out to Sergio and his team for impeccable service and attention to every detail.
