Official Description

The resort is located in the middle of the warm tropical waters of the Indian Ocean, on the exclusive Meedhupparu Island in Maldive's Raa Atoll Area. We have had the most amazing experience here at Adaaran Select Meedhupparu Water Villas. Staff have been amazing - unfortunately I do not know everyone’s names but I would definitely highlight Azim and Nirdosh for their service as it was first class. Thank you so much

Best upgrade ever

We travelled to the wonderful Maldives for our 40 th wedding anniversary. We decided to upgrade to a water villa for a couple of days to celebrate our 40 th wedding anniversary We arrived to our beautiful room which led out to a balcony with sun bed , table and chairs , a jacuzzi and glass viewing platform into the ocean . Stairs from the balcony which opened up a whole new world to snorkel and view reef sharks , dolphins , sting rays and a multitude of colourful, tropical fish .. quite incredible ! We quickly realised how lovely it would it be to extend our stay by another 2 days which our very lovely butler Manoj organised . Manoj ensured our anniversary would certainly be a wonderful occasion , requesting house team to decorate our room , a special thanks to Riaz for all his service the beautiful hand made bed decorations and restaurant staff to decorate our table for our anniversary , he then came to our villa when we had finished dinner armed with a beautifully decorated cake, wine and a photo of us inscribed with good wishes for our anniversary . Thank you so much Manoj you really made our stay perfect and made our 40 th wedding anniversary a very happy one indeed ! ❤️ The fine dining restaurant was superb , delicious food and fabulous service, excellent pianist The chef came out and chatted to the clientele who were all very appreciative of his fine food , wonderfully presented and served Noham our waiter from a local atol was just lovely sharing his island insights with us and providing great hospitality. Nishan Lasantha the barman created for us our signature cocktail, the best cocktail ever! Manoj had to return to Male for work and his role was taken over by Addhu and he was very capable with no request too much trouble and made sure when we had to leave and return to our prestige villa everything went seamlessly

Unique special and devine.

Accom was brilliant, straight out on to the water for snorkelling. Masses of fish. We saw rays, turtles and the odd small reef shark. The Water Villa reataurant was great combination with the main dinning area. Staff were always very helpful with great a personality. Vey special place on the planet.

excellent water villa experience

The water villas were at 5 star experience, luxury rooms with a brilliant balcony with hot tub. The water villas had the most excellent staff, especially our butler Nirdosh, who never missed a trick and was unbelievably kind and helpful. The restaurant was excellent with delicious food, would highly recommend for anyone looking to book a trip to the maldives!

Wonderful resort. Well appointed. Water villas and privacy was excellent. Attentiveness of the staff was first rate. Manoj was always on hand to provide help and drinks. Food was great and the drinks were plentiful. Only area for improvement is the coordination and communication around flight connections.
